Due to new federal legislation designed to reduce paperwork and administrative burden, the 2024 1095-C forms will only be provided upon request. If you would like to receive Form 1095-C for the 2024 tax year, please request the form by emailing hr@invtools.com by March 15, 2025. A paper copy will be mailed to the address on file within 30 days of receiving the request. If you prefer to receive an electronic copy of your Form 1095-C, please include your preferred email with the request.
